Leathercare

To keep your leather looking its best, please follow these steps:
  1. Store your leather in a clean, dry place out of direct sunlight to prolong its life.

  2. Avoid scratching or stretching the leather

  3. Clean the leather using a lightly damp cloth without any soap. If your leather is really muddy, you can use      saddle soap but using this too often can dry out your leather.

  4. Allow to dry at room temperature - avoid heat as this will cause the leather to dry out.

  5. Condition the leather using leather conditioner (such as Fiebing’s 4-Way Care) and a cloth.

  6. If your leather is really dry, you can apply a generous coat of leather balm (such as Fiebing’s Aussie Leather  Conditioner) and allow it to soak in.

  7. Brass fittings can tarnish over time, this can be carefully cleaned using Brasso avoiding getting this on the   leather.

  8. Avoid getting water or dirt on any crystals or beads as they may tarnish over time.
